I joked about AQTPI+ (a cutie-pie) in another thread, but I feel like with the right ad-campaign, flags, graphics and memes and emotionally-worded paragraphs, it could really take off. It plays off of T&Q's egos and their need to identify with cuteness and desirability.

And anyway, L, G, and B shouldn't be included because a) they are transphobic because they insist on a binary gender, and b) Pansexuality is the only valid sexuality uwu.

And the "I" don't want to be a part of it. Gender and "queer" nonsense hurts intersex people too

Have any of these organizations ever even done anything with Intersex besides adding it to the acronym? I've never seen anything LGBTQI+ (or any version of that with the I in it) that ever actually did anything for the I. All these years of including the I, most people still have no idea what the I is even all about, so even from a visibility/awareness standpoint, it was a waste of time and a failure. All that time and energy they wasted "Educating" people about pronouns, they could have educated people about a legit medical condition that real humans face, but nah.

Anyway... I remove the I, move the letters around... QTPA (Cutie-pah!) still kind of works.

Sure! They've done such wonderful things like

  • Incorrectly define the term; implying that it is hermaphroditism, "third sex", or "anyone who doesn't fit the male/female binary " and include transgender LARPers in that definition.

  • Push for concepts and even laws that harm intersex people, then say that it's a "victory for trans and intersex rights" (see: third gender legal markers)

  • Subtly, constantly, imply that trans/intersex are linked, or worse, imply that intersex people need to "choose a gender" to "transition" to.

They've done a lot for intersex people! Just nothing good.
