List of countries where LGB are forced against their will to undergo gender reassignment surgery?

First countries I can think of are Canada, USA, UK. Especially about kids who don't even understand what gender is. For them gender is "do you like more bright or more dark colors?" and they don't know about how it can affect their lives in the future.

Legislatively speaking, only Iran have it in their laws, there other countries who are trying to go like that, but in none of them it is written by law. In Iran it is written in law, that gay men are executed, lesbian women given in straight marriages by force. There is law that most of surgery cost is payed by Iran goverment if gay men decides to transition instead of being executed.

In countries like Russia it is much more acceptable to be transwoman than gay man, so it is extra pressure, and I know few people "breaking" to pressure and going full on trans to stay (or even marry) with their beloved man. However, goverment in Russia seeing this situation, and want to make sure to acknowledge real sex of transgeders, so in documents they will have "Sex at birth" and "Sex now", in medical documents only "Sex at birth". It is mostly aimed against gay men, and as answer to TQ+ movements on the West. Russia always making anti-LGB laws when West is doing pro-LGB laws, like when gay-marriage in USA was accepted, Russia made law about "gay propaganda", similar to Section 28, but more strict.

In Japan gay men are despised too, so it is easier to transition than live as gay. However, Eugenics is still strong in minds of old japanese people, so they are trying to force gay men and transwomen to be sterilized (and they don't believe in existence of lesbian women at all). It is only about japanese people, thought, as a tourist or even if you are living and working in Japan, they will not force same on you as they are forcing on their own people. They are respecting "weird traditions of those outlanders we can't understand".

And other similar cases in homophobic countries, like Brazil. And it is considering that Brazil is one of the most progressive towards LGBT rights country in Latin America. In Brazil there a lot of transsexuals too, who were gay men before (I don't know situation with lesbians there). However, society there is transphobic (real transphobic, not "misgendering is violence") so transgenders are violated, raped and killed. It is still happening much more rare than to gay people, so it is still easier and better to live as transsexual man (especially if you pass and can emulate "straight" relationship to society with your gay partner) opposed to life as gay man. And I don't know situation with lesbians there, as there almost no information about that. Almost like they don't exist there (maybe they are deeply closeted).

Those examples are more that the people are socially pressured into doing it.

Yeah, I think so, although it's still very helpful to hear. I didn't mean to limit discussion to just countries where that is in law, probably could've titled my post better.
