I used to downvote all of the creepy girldick content on actuallesbians but not since they helped get TL, LGBDropTheT, Gender Critical, etc. banned. They should have to deal with the reality of the “women” they chose over actual lesbians. Straight to the top it goes. And IDK if it’s just me and because I hadn’t been on AL that much recently until this week but things really seem like they’re escalating both in terms of women taking somewhat of a stand and the trans posts getting even creepier and more insane. I feel like so many women have to be pretty close to peaking.

I think what's happening is that over time, the real lesbians are leaving, either voluntarily or by getting banned, so the only people who are left are men. And the more lesbians that get banned, the worse of a reputation they get so sane people who would otherwise go there read a few posts and decide not to stick around. Probably banning r/Truelesbians just made this worse.

It is such a shame that TL got banned. I used to browse AL a lot when I first came out and felt really uncomfortable with all the dick-worshipping but assumed that, as it was such a big community and everyone seemed to agree, it is just what all lesbian communities were like and it was really worrying.

Then I came across a thread talking about how horrible TL was and how all the people there were violent transphobes who were posting non-stop about wanting to kill/harm transwomen and the thread had dozens of comments agreeing that it was one of the worst places on the internet and that nobody should look at the sub because, they'd checked for us, and it would be too upsetting for us to see such hatred so it's best to stay away.

Well, I was so curious that I went and looked and found... actual lesbians. Never looked back. AL's hatred of places like this sub, that one and GC probably peaked so many people who would have never found those communities if they'd just kept quiet. They shoot themselves in the foot so much.

Reminded me that russian teen (around 14-16 years old) who was canceled few years ago for no reason at all, as she was on board with all TRA. She was a "non-binary girl" who was presenting herself as a boy, who was transgirl and liking boys. So she was presenting herself everywhere as "gay boy" who want to transition to girl. Very complicated way to be straight, I know.

I've noticed a rise in posts that are like:

"Are non binary lesbians valid?"

"Are trans lesbians valid?"

"Is a genital preference okay?"

And that about three times a day without much text in the actual description. To me it looks like people trying to get a certain reaction of others, more than anything.

Good god, if I needed any further evidence of how warped the LGBT$*@+++ landscape has become... I took particular notice of the fact that so many commenters describe their porn consumption as the trigger for 'realizing' that they were trans. Notice that no one is talking about actual gender dysphoria anymore. I just blew through Abigail Shrier's 'Irreversible Damage' in a day. While the book is female focused, it seems a lot of the ROGD characteristics can be applied to males as well.

r/lesbians is a porn sub and r/actuallesbians has no lesbians. The one recent sub that did have lesbians for a while was r/truelesbians and it got banned.
