Unless they have a violent family member or are unlucky enough to run across some actually transphobic jackasses in the street who want to jump them, as a transbian this person is at a near zero risk of ever being killed simply for being trans. Rather than use that level of security they have to try and stop straight men killing transwomen (both hookups and sex workers) they'd rather spend their time trying to guilt lesbians into sleeping with them while using those murder victims as a shield.

Leaving aside the fact that they accidentally just admitted that if you're attracted to males you aren't a lesbian, this is where the same-gender attraction method falls through. The vast majority of transmen and trans-masc NBs look indistinguishable from women. As someone who likes butches there are plenty of physically attractive FTM and FTNB people out there, esspecially those who only socially or lightly transition. Back on r/AL I once saw someone explain that lesbians can't be attracted to transmen because they have body hair and muscles so lesbians would find them repulsive... As though women can't naturally have body hair or muscles.

They always say that same-sex-attraction doesn't exist because you feel attraction to a person before you can tell their sex. Yet they somehow expect you to be able to tell their gender by osmosis. I'm slightly butch myself - I could secretly identify as a man, non-binary, agender, gender fluid, gender queer or any one of dozens of 'real and valid' gender identities and nobody would be able to tell by looking at me what I identified as. The fact remains that I am biologically female and only people that are attracted to females have the capacity to ever be attracted to me.

I am going around with my ruler and measuring if person is more than 5'2" (those foot measures are so weird to use!) and if someone is shorter, they are done for me - I am starting doing actual violence against them by saying that I will not date them.

No one ever tells lesbians that they need to be attracted to trans women or they’re bigots. Everyone I know who is trans thinks it’s perfectly fine not to be attracted to a trans person. This never actually happens. /s

I would just like to, once, hear a rational explanation for how me turning a "trans woman" down, even if it is for being trans, causes a "trans woman" to be assaulted and beat, or killed for that matter.

While I will admit to there being a fair number of them who I now actually would like to see dead, or at the very least beat up, that is not a result of me turning them down, but rather of what they did to me after I turned them down.

So unless you are claiming that it is a physical impossibility, which I'll definitely be willing to accept as a postulate based on experience, for a "trans woman" to hear a rejection without turning aggressive and violent, I'm not sure I see a clear causal link between me rejecting a "trans woman" and me wishing them hurt or dead, either.

Nor do I see how me not being interested in dating them would make me want to exclude "trans women" from places they have a right to be, but I suspect that my definition of which places they actually have a right to be is quite different from the "trans women"...
