Exactly. And then they have the nerves to say "TERFs be downvoting and sh*t and not say a word. How cowards!! uwu". All TERFs were banned BY THEM, and are actually unable to comment 😂

Still, who are these masochistic lesbians sticking around for the thrilling content of upvoting memes about female celebrities and cartoon characters being hot? Seems they could put that masochism to more productive use. Any actual lesbian who comes out and then finds that subreddit is going to be seriously questioning what the hell she’s getting herself into.

A lot of them are trans. I am guessing there are some cis lesbians, but I actually think a fair few might be straight men. Saw a post on AL just now while trying to find this post, that was like "I'm a lesbian what are some good lesbian pornos" I mean a lesbian could've written that but you gotta wonder.

It looks like they are doing a demographics survey so maybe there'll be some actual numbers on it?

Well I'm het so maybe this is a tone deaf question but what kind of a lesbian goes on a sub to find good porno ? Seems kind of... Not very likely.

You're okay! That's a fair question, lol. I actually have only recently started to comment at all, I used to only lurk-- so I don't really know who goes on subs to ask people about porn at all, period, haha. You're right, it's not very likely. But I always try to give the benefit of the doubt.

Lesbians, as a group, seem more against porn, as well. Partly because of how objectifying ("male-gaze-y") and unrealistic the whole "lesbian porn genre" is, and partly because a significant group of lesbians are against the porn industry overall.

edit: I probably could've better phrased my first comment, I just realized-- "I mean, it could've been written by a lesbian" rather than "a lesbian could've written that", the second implies higher likelihood.
