It seems that there are a disproportionate amount of gay people who whiteknight for trans people. It's embarrassing, to say the least. I get that rugby is popular in Wales, but what's to stop trans people from creating their own rugby team? Oh, right. They have to be included in everything and have the world centre around them.

Why not create a trans-people league? It’s understandable to include trans people in recreational sports, but for the major leagues and all how about a trans league of their own? There can be a male league, a female league, and a trans league

I played rugby all through college (hook, flank, and—when times were lean—lock). It is abso-fucking-lutely dangerous to let a male play against females. The sport is rough enough playing on single-sex teams. I watched a girl tear her ACL completely, witnessed a girl get her tibia snapped in half, and saw four concussions happen just in matches I played in my freshman year. Let me reiterate that this was with only females ages 18-23.

Adding a male to the mix to assuage his feelings with no regard to the safety of female ruggers is the most asinine I have ever heard.

I think in Brazil similar already happened, when transwoman was in one rugby team, and made a lot of injuries to girls.

I don't understand why the white-knighting gay men don't play rugby with the transwomen. It's getting harder and harder not to believe this isn't all just revenge and punishment on women by angry men.

No. Sex segregation in sport should be based on biological sex.

This makes sense for having transwomen compete with men on the flipside transmen have been injected with testosterone & now have an advantage over biological women. Basically women get screwed over in sports whenever a trans person is involved 😑

Absolutely not. The idea is ludicrous; male puberty gives biological men a clear advantage that doesn't go away even when their testosterone is blocked. If transwomen are allowed to compete with women, we'll end up with men's sports and transwomen's sports.

Even with blocked testosterone, transwomen still have it levels 5-10 times bigger than women have.
