It’s a term TRAs use for any woman who thinks prostitution is not empowering, but hurts the people who do it.

It is not a hate speech in everyones eyes for some reason. But simple misgendering is "hate speech", "literal violence" and will cause whole subreddits or facebook accounts to be banned.
