This is definitely a great idea given their weekly views, compared to two years ago, have dropped by almost two thirds, their subscriptions have been declining (taking a big hit in the past week), and their page in general has a terrible rate of subscriber engagement. They have around 9.6 million subscribers, and the resources of AT&T behind them, yet The Quartering (854k subscribers) is essentially a single-man operation that does similar views to Rooster Teeth's main channel. Pogo, Sargon, and Tim Pool absolutely thrash Rooster Teeth on video views. In addition, their Twitter posts are lucky to break double-digits in comments/retweets. The only post standing out is the one in the article, having over a thousand responses, mostly people telling RT that they are retards.

Remind me again why AT&T, in this time of bringing down the hammer on unprofitable nonsense, keeps Rooster Teeth around?
