Because socialist strip mining is so much kinder to the environment.

Ain't it funny how, mere hours after another "Disney's gonna fix Star Wars! No for realsies this time!" rumor, something like this comes to light?

the rumors are interesting, but I don't believe anything will come of it since Disney has final say (as far as I know), and they are not going to repent of their woke liberalness. The first step to Disney heading in the right Direction is firing kathleen kennedy, but I think they promoted her.

One of ESPN's leaders, who I think is relatively new to that product family, said that they'd focus on sports given the backlash over Monday Night Football.

Now they're doing a super woke Colin Kaepernick special. So it's a recurring theme for Disney across the board.

I'm sure they'll try to do the minimum to save their ~$5B investment, but it's great. I hope they keep doubling down on these things actually, because I'd love to see them completely out of business.
