Of course, that's how they divide and conquer us by race so we don't team up to defeat those who are oppressing all of us simultaneously. Less and less people are falling for it though, I think they've over-played their hand

People's confidence and trust with the media is at an all time low.

The media's constant divisive message and baiting tactics to create outrage is what has driven even low informed viewers/readers from them. The constant examples of inflating issues and incidents and trying to create the most divisive narrative has meant they have gone further and further down the path of inflammatory messages and narrow viewpoints to the point where even the smallest amount of research reveals to people that the media is not telling them the whole facts and are cherry picking to create outrage rather than report news and facts.

This might be a consequence of the 24 hour news cycle and plummeting revenue of traditional news reporting as the media organisations replace factual news reporting and articles with op-eds and opinion based shows with talking heads that are pushing a narrative rather than trying to inform their viewers/readers.

Where are these people "not fallling for it"?

My boomer parents emailed me an article from CNN about white privilege and the 1619 project because they know i believe privilege is nonsense.

I'd categorize them as your typical boomer aged people. I'm seeing it all over.
