That was my point about the rules apparently not being applied equally but it's also why they are almost universally held in contempt outside of their respective wedge issue retard circles. They absolutely deserve to get fucked by the veiniest dick in the legal system. It's sort of like universal healthcare. Make congress use it and shoulder their share of the tax burden and maybe I'll reconsider my stance but until then, it's a detriment to basically everyone except the shits that are shielded from having to deal with it.
