I live in PA and about 20 minutes from my place there are a million nursing homes tucked away that you would never know about. They all sit on the border of the fabulously wealthy Chester county and you know all the upper middle class karens are sticking the in laws in those places to die. I used to work with a guy who worked at one some time before and based on the stories he told me, those places employ a lot of smoothbrains with no regard for the people they're meant to be caring for. Obviously such places are going to be hotbeds but I kinda suspect that it's only as bad as it is because of negligence and/or incompetence of the staff. Ms. Ogroid here would know that since it's part of her job to know but she would also know the demographics of who gets put into these staff positions and speaking out about that is verboten if you work for the Wolf admin.

Taking all of that into account, I can hardly blame her for removing the mother. However, these are the same people who set up a hotline to spy on businesses and want you to rot in your home. They should play by the same rules. Hospitals should have an isolated wing for shit like this and homes should be completely cut off. Everything else can go back to normal. Instead we have somehow the opposite.

edit: a word

I have no problem with a private citizen doing what they need to do to keep their family safe and healthy, provided they aren't infringing on others' right to do the same. That is a sane and reasonable thing for any individual to do.

I have a major problem when a public health official enacts policy completely the opposite of what they are personally doing to keep their own family safe and healthy. The legal system should crack down hard on those people, and society should have no tolerance for officials acting in such a manner.

That was my point about the rules apparently not being applied equally but it's also why they are almost universally held in contempt outside of their respective wedge issue retard circles. They absolutely deserve to get fucked by the veiniest dick in the legal system. It's sort of like universal healthcare. Make congress use it and shoulder their share of the tax burden and maybe I'll reconsider my stance but until then, it's a detriment to basically everyone except the shits that are shielded from having to deal with it. Less so now since the mandate is gone but fucking Biden wants to bring that back.
