Well, their business is countering what right wing extremist they can grouse up so of course they're going to exaggerate the need for their services.

The ADL is another SPLC -- dishonest left-wing extremists who define anybody not far-left as "biased" or "hate" while pretending they're neutral. They're completely discredited, to the point where a good way to detect biased forums is to see if they define "bias" or "hate speech" by what ADL or SPLC says about it.

I used to think something about propublica, but they're really a left-wing extremist organization dressed up as a non-partisan.

Here is their attack on homeschooling for example. I love the evidence-free "some people believe" line. That's a dead giveaway that the author is a hack and the piece is fake news.

It's their job to point out extremist violence, and when they find it it translates in to extra recognition and funds.

Much like a recent video I saw about another topic, where people focus on the appearance of productivity rather than actual productivity, over time, it will create a culture of persuading people there is a problem rather then evaluating the actual problem. They don't get attention (and funds) for diagnosing the problem, but when they convince people there's a problem they do.

That's why we shouldn't trust political NGOs, I only remotely trust NGOs when they provide a tangible service and even then I try and find out if the money goes to where it's supposed to go.
