Why should children listen to parents and other adult authority figures when it could just listen to the state's official broadcaster? Isn't that so much better? The state knows what's best for you. The state would never mislead you.
Listen to the state, Timmy. Tell us when Mommy or Daddy are being naughty and we'll send them away and get you a new home, and then the State will be your Mommy AND Daddy!
