What country is he talking about? In the United States we have the National School Lunch program, and last I checked hospitals weren't turning anyone away.

Need clarification? The tweet is about money. Not about free lunches. The fact that lunches are still provided is ignoring the fact that corporations are getting money and lunch programs are not.
