I'm sure I read somewhere that in nazi Germany the reasons for antisemitism were split down religious lines. The Catholics were very into old school antisemitism, with its roots right back in the middle ages, while the protestants were more into race science and eugenics.

So certainly the Catholic Church is at fault for some of the problem but by no means all of it.

I'm not saying the Jesuits created anti-Semitism itself, but rather the "Jew plan to conquer the world" conspiracy theories. They were also very influential on the national socialists too.
