We do have some weirdos, but this site being mostly free speech, you gotta expect that. You get a little of this, and a little of that. Enough variety that you can find people to agree with on most topics and also people you disagree with. Makes for engaging conversations.

Welcome Captain, great name. There are plenty of mental toddler and ideological misfits here, but the mods are not currently an issue. Porn and advocating violence are just about the only non-illegal things that will get taken down by the mods these days

    I agree, but that would require several things - a decent admin or a self-managed community who communicates well, a mission statement, goals, a roadmap, a public relations team, community spirit, etc. - as well as numbers. SaidIt won't grow without a better system in place.

    Yes, when a new member arrives, it's important that you let them know, that you consider Jewish people to be anti-human. That way, new members can get a good feel for what the board is about and how saidit works.

    If the users of saidit fit in well to reddit, we would probably all be on reddit. (Assuming that we are not paid advertisers, spies, cops, or Pinkertons) the fact that we bothered to create user accounts suggests that we did not fit in to the better-known, more mainstream communities.
