Welcome. As many have already said, the point here is free speech, but if you aren't one of the people that came here because reddit's censorship bothers you then you might not really appreciate the point of free speech. You might even believe the propaganda that it is almost only racism and hate that is censored on reddit.

So I would challenge you to have arguments with people you disagree with. Put your beliefs to the test here where a mod is not going to shadow ban the most effective arguments that go against their ideology.

I hope you will find that there are a lot of good arguments outside of the progressive controlled spaces that you never heard of before.

SaidIt has never been about free-speech. Ask founders magnora7 and d3rr. (also I wrote this mostly-accurate unfinished article 4+ years ago: https://infogalactic.com/info/SaidIt#Free_speech)

It was founded for truth-seeking and free-thinking and was even named for anti-extremism. Obviously a lot of freedom of speech is appreciated here, but it is not unlimited, and SaidIt used to be more civil and better moderated.
