Welcome to Saidit. This site will look a lot like reddit, as it uses some of their old source code, but there are a few differences.

Less censorship here, don't post porn or advocating violence and your posts will probably be left alone. Also we don't have nearly as many users, so people tend to use the ALL tab and treat the whole site like one sub. There are only a few subs that are big enough to have communities, debateAltRight, tumblerInAction, and s/RealIncels which you might like judging by your username

Hi there welcome. Saidit is so pro-free speech unlike other sites that you can't even ban people from your own subs unless you isolate them from the front page. I tend to post cool stuffs the whole time and you can usually see interesting things in the front page too.

Welcome. As many have already said, the point here is free speech, but if you aren't one of the people that came here because reddit's censorship bothers you then you might not really appreciate the point of free speech. You might even believe the propaganda that it is almost only racism and hate that is censored on reddit.

So I would challenge you to have arguments with people you disagree with. Put your beliefs to the test here where a mod is not going to shadow ban the most effective arguments that go against their ideology.

I hope you will find that there are a lot of good arguments outside of the progressive controlled spaces that you never heard of before.

SaidIt has never been about free-speech. Ask founders magnora7 and d3rr. (also I wrote this mostly-accurate unfinished article 4+ years ago: https://infogalactic.com/info/SaidIt#Free_speech)

It was founded for truth-seeking and free-thinking and was even named for anti-extremism. Obviously a lot of freedom of speech is appreciated here, but it is not unlimited, and SaidIt used to be more civil and better moderated.

Welcome, man! It's cool here. Unlike Reddit where many folks stick to individual subs, everyone posts everywhere, basically. It's like a close-knit family that yells at each other sometimes.

Just don't threaten people with literal violence and you should be ok.
