That resource isn't only for runaways, but also anyone kicked out and temporarily homeless, up to the age of 21. You aren't alone, and talking to people who regularly deal with this will help sort out your thoughts and form a plan to stabilize the situation, beyond the application you've already made.

    I wouldn’t. Those organizations usually have people in them that target vulnerable people. I’d stay away from any organization that offered “help”. Unless you are ugly, then you are fine.
