This is getting so old. Someone create a bot that says the following every time this comes up because it shouldn’t be this difficult of a concept to grasp and it’s not rocket science =>

I don't even accept that it has "a proven effective treatment through transitioning into the gender of your dysphoria." This conclusion is more activism and self-reporting than anything scientific. Like, if someone is addicted to alcohol, give them more alcohol and they will (short term) tell you you have made them happier! You have "cured" their "missing alcohol dysphoria!" But at great cost down the road.

The number of people seeking to transition has, surprise of all surprises, SKYROCKETED in concert with the activism and ideology around the trans worldview. They have constructed an illness while simultaneously prescribing the cure. It's like how autism became talked about a lot more in the early internet and LO AND BEHOLD every third person you ran across was "autistic."
