If I were you I would not trust the "medical professionals" who claim to be treating you. The entire scientific community is clearly corrupt. Look for solutions on your own. I know that is such a futile sounding thing, how can one person solve such a huge problem, but when there are people working against you that is worse. You never know, maybe there is a simple solution that is simply being suppressed.

I would start by looking at the mouse utopia experiment. I'm sure you have heard of it. You may not have heard of all the mental disorders that the mice eventually developed. They may be just mice, but the similarities to human mental disorders is shocking. This was brought on by the combination of overcrowding and the lack of competition. They had no territory, they never had to fight for food, there wasn't any violence in the "city". Those are the conditions that induced the disorders, and it wasn't rare; the entire population collapsed because they all developed these mental disorders within a generation.

As an adult it may be too late, but I would try moving to the sticks. Live on a farm, as far away as you can manage. Take up masculine hobbies. Not pseudo masculine shit that the tv says rednecks like, but shit that actually is hard. Physically and mentally challenging. You need to do things that really challenge you. Set a high goal that you don't even think you can ever achieve and work your ass of to get it done. Get fit. Get callouses. Get away from people, especially the people in your life. The people you surround yourself with effect your mentality and clearly these people are not good for you. At least until you get your head straight.

Don't shy away from trying psychedelics in a medial sense. Look into what helps people get over PTSD, and social anxiety. What your looking for is something that can induce plasticity in your brain. But that is not enough, you need to use that drug induced plasticity to alter your perception of yourself. While in that state do masculine things. Mediate. Try to force your brain to see you as a man.

Good luck.

thats what ive been doing for years, it works well, keeps the dysphoria down to a minimum i can manage. I stay away from doctors, none of em are working their voodoo on me right now, and ive always seen myself as a man...didnt let biid fool me into thinking i was a woman. This is the best advice for any guy considering transition.
