I never had a reddit account because I mainly just liked to lurk and read the discussion not be a part of it. I actually never even went to most of the subs that were banned yesterday. What made me leave was a blackpeopletwitter post that hit the front page. The Twitter poster compared people not wearing a mask to wearing a KKK hood. It said something like "yall didnt complain when yall were wearing this mask". Basically saying all people that had a problem with wearing a mask were also KKK members. Like honestly wtf. When was the last time even a white supremacist wore a white hood. The anti white sentiment on Reddit right now is disgusting. All the comments were "cant wait to read all the comments about this, cant wait to read all the comments from mad white people". But guess what? They cant read any of those because they banned anyone not black. You wanted an echo chamber you got it so be happy with it. I hope most people from reddit never come here and this can be a nice place for open discussion even among dissenting opinions. Because I'm over being told how to think and that I should feel bad for the color skin I was born with.
