As much as I'd like to make fun of the mounting problem that cities face with piles of hobo poop, there is a real issue of local authorities failing to provide adequate public facilities. This is a worldwide problem, everywhere is more.than happy to fill you up with food and drink, send you on your way and then you have nowhere to go to empty out your guts.
