It's pretty bad. They generally don't give you what you ask for, they just had you articles that amount to "Here is what we would like you to think about a given topic" or "Here's why what you just searched for is bad, stupid, out-dated, dangerous, or unimportant". Ok, but can you just give me information so I can make up my own mind?

This is why discussion forums are often the way to go. Real people, real ideas, real experiences or advice. They just work better. Qwant is a good search engine, I think. Give it a shot. I am actually getting good results on there. And discussion forums, which Google refused to show me for some reason.

They no longer give the information you want but the information they decide you need.
