Now google just uses all the power all its user gave to it voluntarily.

Legitimately ridiculous that google would get so ass mad over the mere existence of tools like youtube-dl instead of just accepting it as an inevitability and doing something like inserting ads directly into video streams so they aren't as easy to sidestep.

They aren't worried about the revenue, they are worried about the political narratives they push. They want to control information because they know that is the key to controlling people.

even if you search for kapwing on Google, kapwing.com does not show up in the results.

It's comes up as the first hit for me as at right now.

Finally, Kapwing is not a Youtube downloader. If you search for youtube downloader, there are tons of spammy websites that directly allow a user to rip videos off of youtube.

poor folks don't realize they are dealing with the devil, and the devil lies by default

i will wager they took this down because it made it too easy for individuals to make content and comment on content .. (opinions are not appreciated <google, probably>)

They likely followed content they wanted to censor directly to this tool.
