Have you guys noticed this? I first noticed the change about 6 months ago. At that time it was doable to just change the circuit for the current site if your node got blocked. Chances were that the new node is unblocked. Sometimes you could unblock the node through a captcha, and their captchas aren't difficult. But now, almost all tor nodes are blocked with no option to unblock them. I even get this problem with some VPN proxies. People have been warning that the site got bought by an advertisement company. I wonder if this is one of the consequences, and if they're going out of their way to blacklist Tor nodes.

So the question comes back: what search engine to use? DDG is so bad that it makes me puke. There are a couple of Searx instances that scrape Google, but they break all the time. I am not happy about this.
