Stallman is a disgusting fat kike. GCC is the worst/most harmful compiler ever made.
From suckless:

GCC is the virus which has spread into nearly every Linux distribution and has added its language extensions to be not easily replacable. As of 2016 it is now written in C++ and so complete suck. Why can't a compiler just be a simple binary doing its work instead of adding path dependencies deep into the system?

Other information about GCC: cat-v

Autotools(source:cat-v):

“if you are into pain, get the autotools book.. Read it awhile, throw it in a box and start sacrificing to Cthulu.”

On info(from suckless):

Somewhen GNU tried to make the world a bit more miserable by inventing texinfo. The result is that in 2019 manpages are still used and the documentation of GNU tools requires you to run info $application. The info browser is awkward and unintuitive and the reason why noone gets further than finding 'q' to quit it.

Look at GNU tools how to not handle documentation.

GPL and LGPL are harmful (as in uneeded restrictions, crusading to protect the so called 'four essential freedoms', and the restriction of merging GPL code with Non-GPL code)

Emacs is a shitload of bloat

All in all, the only positive thing that the GNU project gave to the Unix world was Make.

Also, Stallman's politics makes me cringe, see here: https://www.stallman.org/archives/2020-sep-dec.html

Also, web is bloat

Most all the telemetry can be blocked with winten. Services turned off.

windows 10 decrapifier and O&O Shutup10 are two tools I immediately run upon installing windows these days. It doesn't solve the schizophrenic UI that can't decide if it's windows 7 or windows 8, but at least you can end up with a relatively lean computer that doesn't talk to papa microsoft nearly as much.

yes but the hoops to jump through to do it suck. it's not as simple as checking a box

haven't heard of 'decrapifier' yet, but used O&O shut up and it is 'as simple as checking a box.' i just let defender run without the checking every file with known database option. don't use windows much so i can't remember the name of option.

problem is windows seems to re-enable it after every update. not to mention how fucked up the updates have been.

the o and o shut up 10 can stop updates, so just have to update every once in a while. i rarely update my other pc's tht have 10 on it. i lied a bit about 1 click. it's a few clicks with o and o.
