A lot of this applies to all sorts of companies when it's the role of coders.

I think there's something about the bosses not understanding the increasing complexity of the shit they're asking for. Not being able to see the 10 projects you roll out a week now are 20x more complicated than the 5 a week you'd complete a year prior, and infinitely more complicated than the ones from the year before that, even though you're only making $5k more a year.

They obviously were trying to get rid of that person. People see the salaries these companies pay 20-somethings but don't realize you make that for a few years before you cease to be useful to them. They're absolute scumbags. Big Tech has destroyed many cities like this.

biggest problem with google. It's always all about the numbers, that sonetimes may not even be accurate (annotations and community subtitles being removed) shame
