People trust Wikipedia too much. It's not a reliable source. Every time I read an article half of it's bullshit some random person added in. You don't even need to have an account to edit a page and most pages aren't fact-checked. Even if something has a questionable source (or no source) all they'll do is put a banner at the top of the page. I've fallen into the Wikipedia trap too many times (and you can see that from my comment history lol). Just don't take everything you read there at face-value.
