The section regarding Assange’s communications begins by saying that when his internet is restored he will be liable for any costs for WiFi. It says that he may only use his own tablets, phones or computers except in exceptional cases and only with written permission from Ecuador.

This seems that he only has a wifi, not a closed ethernet cable. I bet the UK/US men in black already have a hyper antenna for wifi cracking setup accros the street or even just asked and got the password or otherwise listening i on all the connections.

Meanwhile Assange is just remote viewing {https://www.cia.gov/library/readingroom/collection/stargate} all his incoming messages and writing witty comebacks on the wall of the astral-plane at night

It says that Assange, while “exercising his right of communication and of freedom of expression,” is prohibited from activities that could be considered political or interfering in the affairs of other nations or that may damage the relationship between Ecuador and other states.

I can get a bit into this, though (and again I understand why They do not) if Ecuador just was open about what countries/lobbyists were whining about Assange's internet postings that would be a nice leak kinda list. It's already kind of a miracle that Assange can stay in Embassy. {Hate to call him a lucky bastard in his position, but he is}.

Additionally, Ecuador is threatening to kidnap Assange’s embassy cat and bring him to an animal shelter if they deem it is not being properly cleaned up after.

Okay, that does it! He should just give up on internet and let the cat terrorize the whole of London!
