Keep in mind - looking at the "new policy" stuff from Dec 10 - it was clear that was not the impetus they were going to use to remove people - it was more like "removing features" if they proved financially poor.

So say they were losing money from the "autoplay next" button, they would remove it when they figured out it was losing money. That's all the "Dec 10" thing said.

HOWEVER.

The technology and effort behind the "report" button - has been buffed and THAT is what is leading to new censorshop. It did come Dec 10th, but not in the way everyone thought.
