Durian can taste good and some men in SEA swear it is an aphrodisiac. [Digression: I really remember my first oyster, given to me by my grandmother.] I love aphrodisiacs whether the effect, or none, is placebo matters not but damn, it is a hard-to-spell word. Some may not understand your "No Durian" joke but you could see signs in SEA saying just that well into the 1990s in South-east Asian hotels because there are people who hate the smell. I used to use oysters as an aphrodisiac but they didn't work for me. Maybe I was putting them on too soon.

Seriously, my MD/pharmacist told me about a new (relatively?) one called "Temesta" that he sold me a few testers of. See the blurb on Wiki or elsewhere but basically it is for men who suffer from "performance anxiety." Your results may vary but it worked for me because my placebos are better than yours.

Placebos and coke - or - viagra and coke - either way it's gonna get crazy.

(For the spooks listening in, I'm referring to coke (fuel) - look it up.)

Are you talking to me? (in Italian accent, easily confused with a Jewish accent for the simple minded)

Actually, as at least a 5th generation Canadain, my name is Carswell, of Scottish origin, and my other grandparents, Hannah, Stannard, and Cline were of English, Irish, and Pennsylvania Dutch (German) origins.

I know for simple minded folks it's easy to confuse Carswell with Kurzweil or the common popular name of Carswellskisteinmannberg.

You can just call me Jay for short. (Not to be confused with J for Jew.)

I know life can be confusing. I hope I cleared things up for jou.
