Oh man I learned attic Greek, it was fun. I want to take Russian to learn Cyrillic

Greek from Athens during 3rd/4th century. Aristotle, Plato, Aristophanes, Sophocles, etc.
Bible is in Hellenistic Greek originally, which came after, and is simplified a bit from the attic.
