I have been to therapy before and it is useless in terms of inceldom or relationships in general. I would best describe it as going to see a supervisor who only cares about fulfilling their checklists rather than listening to your backstory or issues. If you use logic, you will understand that therapists are only useful for more defined issues such as mental illness rather than awful environmental and societal factors in which little to no mental manipulation can assist in. There is also the fact that the majority of them are women and given their nature will laugh behind your back. You are just a customer to them, not a patient. It doesn't help as well some therapists have called the police on incels and are highly wary of us. Most of our issues stem from factors outside our control, and to blame yourself for not being successful with women with multiple attempts at dating is just wrong.
