classmates say he was bullied but police say there was no record of that, makes sense as reporting it to teachers or principals does no good and they ignore it and often also take part in it.

A different kid, simpkins, who shot his bullies was recently released on bond. I think in that case it was more clearly self defense, altho it also helps that he is black.
