Today is the first day in awhile that I feel very hopeless

Covid19 destroyed me financially, and things aren't going to get better. My hairine is receding fast and with no money to get a transplant. No gf no future no hair.

hey bro i just saw your post. just some ideas.. how old are you? i'm 28 and been on fin for about a month total now and slowly seeing some improvement after a very light shed of hair. the shedding freaked me out but i told myself i'd stick with it. i have had pretty minimal sides taking 1mg every other day.
if you really care about your hair, there's places online you might be able to get a consultation via webcam or something and have a derm write you a script for propecia. otherwise, if you can pay out of pocket to see a GP, they might be able to get you a script if you demonstrate that you're suffering from MPB and ask about hair loss solutions. i went to a GP and he prescribed me propecia as a solution/option when i specificaxlly asked him about MPB.
the key here is not to pay based on insurance (if you have it). when i went to my local farm, they wanted to charge me $300 bucks for a 90 day supply because its a 'cosmetic drug' and therefore refuse to cover it. when i opted to pay cash with a goodrx coupon, it only cost $20 bucks.
so, if you take it every other day, that's 180 days. x2 and that's close to only $40 bucks a year to stop MPB in its tracks. Just saying if you're serious about trying it i say get on it and at least give it a try. I've been on it and since its the only proven solution for MPB i've not looked back. While you may (or may not, gotta be positive right?) have sides, so far for me its been well worth it. It's been a huge weight off my shoulders knowing that i'm taking action before i actually lose all my hair.
it is kind of doubly tramautic for me cause i have long beautiful hair past my shoulders. i had big ears, nose, etc. as a kid and any time with short hair i looked like a troll. having the hair has been my greatest attribute and i'm a musician to make matters worse.
so far i've not had these crazy side effects all the people on these random forums online talk about. if anything my boners have been better than before taking the drug.
other than that, have you applied for unemployment benefits? dunno if you qualify but just saying the government is paying a lot of money for people out of work. all depends on if you paid your 2018 taxes i guess. idk. can't help you there.
but just stay strong lots of us feel the same way. this virus has uprooted my life as well.
if you're serious about your hair, though, at least open your mind up to fin and give it a try. so far i'm patting myself on the back for taking the plunge.
a buddy of mine is also a long haired musician and he is starting to look like dogshit because he's just decided to go bald. i decided i'd fight it 'til death and so far no regrets.
