Never knew that men gave that much of a shit
Aren't men scared of going bald? Aren't men scared of being short? Men lie about their height. Men style their hair, they crop out unattractive people from their group photos e.t.c.
Do you do any of this stuff? If yes, you also care.

If I loose enough and it started to bother me I will definitely get some scalp micropigmentation (highly suggest researching it).
So you are wary of losing your hair, perhaps if you didn't care you wouldn't even be thinking about that in the first place.
I don't know if you can be scared of being short as a man, but maybe as a boy? By the time you are a man, you are fully grown and not getting any taller.
Because being short means you are genetically inferior, tall men are more intimidating and they could survive better in nature.
I don't see how you can lie about height, it's something you can see.
If every man lies about his height then you can lie too.
I have never cropped someone out of a photo or group photo.
Again this is solipsism.
And some guys do style their hair
Almost every dude does. An extreme minority doesn't.
I have a friend who was a literal 9, absolutely gorgeous and she wanted a nose job. It was inconceivable to me,
Because she wanted to become prettier.
but what someone sees about themselves is not at all what others see.
How do you know that?
The root of the problem is fixation,
Fixation comes from mockery.
99% of the people you meet IRL are not intensely studying your face/features. It's a glace and that's it.
Exactly. They take a quick look at your height, skin and face and decide.

people are not studying your face, obviously, unless you have some deformity, are extremely ugly or are super attractive. But subconsciously it affects their behavior. There are studies were faces are flashed too fast to be perceived and later words are presented positive and negative. The tendency to choose positive or negative is affected depending on what you were unconsciously shown.
Also even when asked, people will attach positive attributes to good looking and to tall people. And they'll tend to attach negative attributes to bad looking and short people. Research the halo effect.
video on halo effect based on looks. It is automatic, instinctive. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UEho_4ejkNw

I'll say I don't normally judge faces on the street. But there are some faces that do look sketchy, that make you think: "man this guy's probably a criminal or dangerous!". I can't be sure what triggers it, but I think it has been suggested AI face scanners can tell criminals from noncriminals. That there are indeed facial features common to most criminals.

"Concerns as face recognition tech used to 'identify' criminals" https://www.newscientist.com/article/2114900-concerns-as-face-recognition-tech-used-to-identify-criminals/
There's been some research suggesting it may be possible. We need to see whether further research confirms it or not. There was similar research suggesting AI could tell homosexuality with higher than chance odds from faces too.
Remember like 50% of the genome is used in the brain. It isn't implausible that some of the genes involved in face structure are reused in the brain, and could affect behavior.
As for bad boys, no. An ugly bad boy will be sent to jail quite quickly especially if he is abusive. A chad can have bad behavior and get lighter sentences, and even if he's a serial killer chad many girls will actually come from all over the nation to have sex with him in prison.
