If it's just going to end with using a hose to clean out a silicon vagina, I'm not sure it's really worth it to me, personally, but my libido is on life support. I can't tell if I'd be able to actually use one, aware of what it is. That it's just a big fleshlight has that obvious realism downside, but positives too.

Since it's just fancy masturbation, I don't think it'd give the same death blow to the ego that going to sex workers can. Satisfies the physical aspect for sure, without the ego death, risk of STDs + jail, and support of human trafficking/organized crime etc.
