It is a dangerous and poorly run death box, where medical treatment and Constitutional rights are all but non-existent. The mentally ill are kept in solitaire confinement, without medication, and many times without running water. Years ago inmates were secretly exposed to asbestos while they remodeled, but through some lack of public concern, they got away with it.
