If you claim others are shills - in public - you reveal that you are in the process of shutting them out of the conversation, which is in bad faith at Saidit. If Saidit is to promote discussions - and what is said - and saying your truth - it should do just that. If Saidit wants to continue promoting an echo chamber where users who don't join the political circle jerk are constantly attacked - then Saidit is not really Saidit.

You focus here on users, but without evidence. If for example you want to say that I am a shill, note what I have to gain by being a shill. Or better yet - do something that is part of the purpose of Saidit - make an argument that challenges another argument. If the other person you don't like can make a good counter argument, then you've had a discussion. But to call people you don't like shills is just childplay, and kills discussions, and kills Saidit. As I've said in response to this post - Saidit should grow when users focus more on topics rather than users. You've been here long enough to see users come and go, especially because it's often dead here. It's dead when there aren't users who can bother to develop a discussion. And it's dead when users shut down that discussion by attacking users. It's dumb.
