More subs. More mods. If you don't have a sub make one. Then keep it clean and respectable.

I think more mods would help (d3rr's addition of mods helped), because that can potentially build content, which Saidit needs (and mods should be encouraged to post content). And I think the entire POD can be replaced with one rule: no personal attacks (eg. attack the points or arguments as much as one wants, but not the user).
