We can't edit posts, remember? I know that all local subs are dead, but if they were alive, your rules would unnecessary complicate their work. There is no reason to restrict how much sub owners can post in their subs.
If this site had users, they would vote for their favorite new posts in their favorite subs, and the front page would be filled with quality content. Irregardless of the overall number of posts.
If you care about mental health this much, you should support the addition of SAD votes.
