That's an interesting suggestion. I'm not sure about the technical changes to do this, but it sounds reasonably doable.
It would be interesting if a pdf of the webpage could be automatically generated at the time of the submission creation, and saved with the submission link.
Essentially, an artifact document to prove the information existed.
