Bob Lazar(sp) has a hydrogen powered Corvette, he had to build his own super collider to accomplish this. The reason being, to store hydrogen safely, I cannot remember the medium(go research it for yourself), but it stores the hydrogen in a non explosive manner.

He has tanks filled with the stuff, then pumps hydrogen made from a solar collector that separates the hydrogen from oxygen.... H2O to hydrogen....

The substance, and it's on the tip of my mind, but bah(!), is part of a nuclear weapon officially, so it's something that cannot be sold, bought, or given away, you must make it yourself, which most people, including myself don't have a clue how to make a collider to obtain the material.

My point is, the only reason hydrogen powered vehicles haven't become prominent in the US, is because of the US Govt, and the deep state behind them.

We're all slaves, it's that simple.

Application of hydrides in hydrogen storage and compression: Achievements, outlook and perspectives LINK

True- for more than just the lack of hydride storage- according to Stan Thompson, the "Father" of Hydrogen Rail, when Obama got into office he threw out all hydrogen funding and programs in favor of batteries. Just for politics, because he didn't like Bush. A disgrace. Well they can't stop the rest of the world now. It's full speed ahead for China, Japan and Korea.

Funny about Lazar- I contacted him some months ago and he didn't know that Toyota, Honda and Hyundai had hydrogen cars on the roads in California. These cars are using PEM fuel cells, not ICE with hydrogen fuel, which apparently surprised him. At that time he said batteries had made H2 obsolete. LOL It was a WTF moment!

Awesome, you're awake, and aware; pleased to meet you. The US has created a lot of alternative energy technologies. I interviewed a man, Tom Blees; who wrote a book, 'Prescription for the planet'.

Almost all the tech he covered as good alternatives was created in the US, but only being applied by China, and Russia.

I guess the energy wars of subjugation; keep us deprived for a stranglehold on control :0
