~50 kWh = 1 Kg H2. If the ~50 kWh comes from wind turbines that otherwise would be curtailed, how much does it cost?

IF the power comes from wind turbines. You don't know and you can't count on it. Niether can a corporation expected to invest millions or billions and expect a profit. It's just not in their best interests.

Whatever it costs to build, transport, install, and maintain them. You ignore the human costs.
