Why not battery with intermittent overhead electrified rail? Where is all the money coming from for all these stupid hydrogen projects?

Did it ever occur to you that you might not know the REASONS for "all these stupid H2 projects"?

UK: University of Birmingham: Answering your questions about our hydrogen trains research

One reason I post these H2 articles even though few people on this site GAF is to show that fools that dismissed H2 were clueless as to what was going on around the world with regard to the Hydrogen industry. I have already succeeded in that, whether you agree or not.

"stupid hydrogen projects"

Someone is "stupid" here and it's not the people building hydrogen trains. Thanks so much for your "input".

Edit: this was interesting, from an archive of your abandoned blog:

I am a U.S. Unionist(not labor unions), pro Trump, former chauvinist. Also, anti-interventionist. Disturbingly warm towards Juche ideals.

IF you actually were "anti-interventionist" you might realize that hydrogen is the end of the PetroDollar, if you knew anything about H2 that is.

Long haul rail on some lines maybe, but hydrogen is not a good medium for short haul and most civilian transit.

"Hydrogen is at a 'tipping point' with $11 trillion market set to explode, says Bank of America. After decades of false starts, hydrogen technology is poised to take off as falling production costs, technological improvements, and a global push toward sustainability converge." https://www.cnbc.com/2020/09/27/hydrogen-is-at-a-tipping-point-with-11-trillion-market-set-to-explode-says-bank-of-america.html
