Will hydrogen have more range than batteries? I know Cng has a short range so h2 should have less range than Cng atleast.

Depends on how much H2 is on the vehicle. Adding range is just a matter of adding a tank. There are other advantages - fast refill/recharge and performance in cold temperatures.
