I love watching these old historical footage on youtube. Theres a really cool one like this of china in about the same time period. Rickshaws as far as the eye can see. It's insane, the traffic volume was worse than a modern city

Anything history or astronomy related is really good for sleep. It puts you in a state of deep stoicism and rests your worries.
