Masculinizing hormone therapy for women.... Some of these are serious! All these risks are for what???

I thank /u/bananafridge for helping me with a previous post to realize that contraindications are not the same as side effects, but it seems the contraindications could produce the same results. I have deleted the previous post.

Possible side effects for women taking masculinizing hormone therapy:

acne

headaches and migraines

baldness

blood thickening

stroke

heart attack

trouble breathing while sleeping... apnea

genital pain

abdominal weight gain

diabetes

And that's what a business is willing to say that offers to help women change their gender appearance. They offer this service for money, of course, so it hurts their money-making potential if they say too much about the side effects and complications, yet they disclosed these possible side effects, so it could be as bad as they say, and worse.
